Turn left at Garland Bristol Road .2 miles to GA 255, turn left for 2.1 miles to Sky Lake Road and turn left to community entrance.
After in the community:
Community Entrance Sky Lake Road/Sautee Trail, proceed via Sautee Trail for 1.1 miles, then turn left on Cherokee Trail for approx. 1300 feet, then proceed via Woodland .6 miles to Lower Gap Road. Proceed via Lower Gap Road for about 300 feet to Grimes Nose. Turn onto Grimes Road and proceed for about 1,000 feet and the for-sale sign is on the left for the parcel.
