Proceed from the Boardtown Clubhouse located at 7289 Boardtown Road, Ellijay, GA 30540 southwest on Boardtown Road for 1.1 miles to Bryant Farm Lane then turn right on Bryant Farm Lane. Proceed via Bryant Farm Lane for 6/10’s of a mile(insure to bear left at the ‘Y” where the sign is) and one of the land parcels will be on the left with a “For Sale” sign. If you proceed for approximately 1,000 feet further up Bryant Farm Lane the second additional land parcel will be located on the left about 200 feet after you pass the home at 850 Bryant Farm Lane on the right.
Road Conditions:
The road is paved and in excellent condition traveling via Boardtown Road. After turning right onto Bryant Farm Lane, the road becomes a combination of paved and gravel but is overall in good shape. It is narrow and steep in places (AWD/4×4 best) and does make turning around difficult and it also does not have an outlet other than leaving the way you entered. To leave the area it will be necessary to turn around. There are a couple of areas where a vehicle can pull over and do a multiple point turn around or perhaps use the driveway at the home located at 958 Bryant Farm Lane.
