From the Hardee’s Restaurant Ellijay exit to 1st Ave and GA Hwy 76 by-pass via Industrial Blvd. At the 1st Ave and GA Hwy 76b By-pass turn left on 1st Ave for about 300 feet to GA Hwy 52 East, turn right and proceed for 6.6 miles to Roy Road.  Turn left on Roy Road and proceed for 5 miles to Southern Road, turn right on Southern Road for about 200 feet to Elford Road.  Turn right on Elford Road and proceed ½ mile to Blanton Lane.  Turn left on Blanton Lane and proceed for about 400 feet.  You will see the ‘For Sale’ sign to the right at the approx. center point of the land parcel.  If you reach the house on the right at 188 Blanton Lane then you missed the parcel and the ‘For Sale’ sign.


Road Conditions:

The road is paved all the way to Elford Road then becomes a hard, packed sand/gravel road.  Once you turn on Blanton is narrow and dirt road with very little room to turn around.  It is possible to turn around at 188 Blanton.
