Directions:
From the Blue Ridge Honey Company located at 6306 US-441, Lakemont, Ga 30552 turn right and proceed south on US-441 for 1.9 miles to Joy Bridge Road and turn right. Proceed via Joy Bridge Road for approx. 600 feet to Old 441 South and turn left. Proceed via Old 441 South for ¾ mile to Long Laurel Ridge Drive and turn right at the community entrance. Proceed via Long Laurel Ridge Drive for ¾ mile to Brenary Road and turn right. There will be a ‘Lot for Sale’ sign with an arrow pointing right. Proceed via Brenary Road to the end which is approx. ¾ mile. The road will change from paved to hard packed dirt and covered with a lot of leaves and is steep decline. A AWD/4WD will be required for the last 600 feet or so after passing the home at 492 Brenary Road on the right. It is possible to walk down.
Road Condition:
The road conditions are good and paved except for the last 600 or so feet at the end of Brenary Drive which is steep downward decline going to the land parcel sign. The land parcel sign is at the end of Brenary Road on the right. If the last 600 feet is covered with leaves going up it can be slippery and a 2-wheel drive vehicle will not work. Recommend not attempting the last 600 feet on Brenary Drive unless in a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
