Directions:
From the intersection of GA Hwy 60 (Morganton Road) and Double Gap Road proceed via Double Gap Road for 9.3 miles to Willard Mountain Road. Turn left on Willard Mountain Road and proceed 1.5 miles to the land parcel. Willard Mountain Road turns to the right just after you pass Johnson Drive on the right. DO NOT TURN ON JOHNSON DRIVE- it is not passable.
The land parcel sign is located on the right just after passing the road on the right with the sign on the tree indicating ‘1329’. Do not turn on this road but just continue straight for about 200 feet. Most GPS will take you to 1329 Willard Mountain Road, Blue Ridge, Ga.
NOTE: The road leading up the drive for 1329 has a chain gate across the road so it is impassable. Johnson Drive can not be driven with a right turn off Willard Mountain Road. It is very narrow and has a lot of washed-out areas. It would not be advisable to drive on it with anything other than an ATV.
Road Conditions:
The roads are paved and easily traveled up to Willard Mountain Road. Willard Mountain Road is fairly smooth and is hard packed dirt. It does not require a 4-wheel drive, but a 4WD/AWD is best.
