Property is located on the southwest side of Whitehall, Montana as you start to head towards Twin Bridges on highway 55. From interstate 90, you will take the main Whitehall exit to head into town which passes by both main gas stations. This road will continue through town and reach a T intersection at Legion Ave where you will turn right. Head down this road only a couple of blocks and you’ll see the Y intersection which splits highway 2 going to Butte and highway 55 going to Twin Bridges. Take the slight left onto highway 55 and then the first dirt road on your right is Capp Lane which has a gate access to the north of the property. If you continue south on highway 55 across the bridge which goes over Pipestone Creek then you’ll find a gravel turn out just past the bridge. This gate gains access to the southern part of the property which is divided by Pipestone Creek.
