Coming from US Hwy 82 East turn left onto Post Road. There is a Friendly GasĀ Station and Dollar General at this intersection. Travel down Post Road forĀ approximately 14 miles. Then turn left onto Mount Pleasant Road. TravelĀ down Mount Pleasant Road for not quite 2 miles, you will come to a shared curveĀ in the road, the property drive/gate is located on the right, after you round theĀ curve. The gate is about 30 feet or so from the roadway where you will see a whiteĀ For Sale Sign posted on the gate. The property is located about a 1/4 of a mileĀ give or take down the driveway.Ā
Road Conditions:
Post Road is a paved two-lane narrow road, but in good condition. You will travel about 14 miles down this road and come to one stop sign intersection, soĀ be careful. Mount Pleasant Road is another 2 lane race but in really good condition. ThereĀ are several newly built homes and others under construction on this road. This road turns into a dirt road about 2 miles down but not before you reach theĀ acreage. If you come to where the paved road turns to dirt you have gone tooĀ far. The drive to the property has at times deep ruts and in places wasĀ covered in water, but was easily accessible with a truck.
