From the Hardee’s Restaurant Ellijay exit to 1st Ave and GA Hwy 76 by-pass via Industrial Blvd. At the 1st Ave and GA Hwy 76b By-pass turn right and proceed to the traffic light of 1st Ave and GA Hwy 76/515. At the light turn left onto GA Hwy 76/515 proceed for 3 miles to Ray Mountain Road. Turn right onto Ray Mountain Road and proceed for ¾ mile to Valley Drive Road. Turn right onto Valley Drive Road for .1 of a mile to North Pine Road. Turn right on North Pine Road proceed about 600 feet and turn right to remain on North Pine Road (if you go straight, you will be on Valley Drive) and proceed to the end where 317 North Pine Road address/mailbox is located. Then turn down the road leading to the home at 317 North Pine Road and the ‘For Sale’ is on the left about 220 feet down the road. The sign is at the point where the land parcel just touches the road and the parcel actually goes in an angle to the road.
If you get to the house at 317 North Pine Road you missed the land parcel.

The road is paved and in pretty good condition until you get to the drive for the home at 317 North Pine Road. It turns into a dirt road and is narrow. There are no good places to turn around and you really have to go all the way to the home at 317 North Pine Road to turn around. One option is to park at the small cul-de-sac area just after the home at 289 North Pine Road and walk down the driveway to 317 North Pine Road. There were no signs indicating this was a ‘No Trespassing’ area.
