From the Tickanetley Primitive Baptist Church (122 Tickanetley Road, Ellijay, GA 30536) proceed southeast on Tickanetley Road for 1.6 miles to Old Bucktown Road. Turn left on Old Bucktown Road and proceed for 1.4 miles.  Look to your right as you approach the 1.4 mile mark look for the ‘FOR SALE’ sign. 

NOTE:  While traveling on Old Bucktown Road start looking closely to the right after passing the home at 4221 Old Bucktown Road as you will be getting close to the land parcel.  Also, there are two entry points to Buford Weaver Road.  If you pass the second (both on your left as it is a half-circle road) on the left you have missed the land parcel.


Road Conditions:

The road is paved mostly and in good condition.  Tickanetley Road does have a small section that is hard packed dirt but in good condition.  Old Bucktown Road also has areas that are narrow and it is difficult for two cars to pass each other.  The entire road is not like this but just some sections. A 4X4 is not required but beneficial for an AWD vehicle as there are some inclines to navigate.
